Get Connected Programme Summary
An interactive programme that brings together cross sector professionals and community members. Guiding participants to create a shared understanding of the issues pertaining to your local community.
The programme will help you and your community to tackle issues by developing a shared action plan with tangible and shared outcomes whilst developing lasting connections and sustainable approaches.
Stay Connected Programme Summary
A continuity programme following on from Get Connected that continues to support, challenge and hold to account all agencies who have participated in the Get Connected programme maintaining momentum, sustaining and embedding/delivering the work agreed within the SAVE Plan.
The programme includes hosting a bespoke and tailored series of events and activities which will include:
Training
Provision and co-design of bespoke and tailored training sessions shaped in collaboration with organisations.
Training courses will be designed to empower the workforce or community to have the knowledge, understanding and processes to contribute effectively to local needs and core delivery themes e.g. Youth Violence, Exploitation, County Lines.

Stay Connected
- Quarterly ‘Stay Connected’ Sessions: Bringing together all involved agencies ensuring relationships and connections are maintained and the SAVE Plan is reviewed and continuously evolved as appropriate to collective needs.
- Training Days: Facilitation of bespoke and specific training needs as collectively identified by the Get Connected cohort.
- Regional/National Sector Specific Information/Updates: Advice, guidance and information sessions to upskill and raise local awareness of national/regional changes across the sector including policy, political and legislative changes implemented currently or on the horizon to enable readiness.
- Organisational Development/Mentoring Support: Bespoke sessions co-designed with individuals and cohort groups to mentor and coach programme participants from the locality including local community/voluntary groups to build capacity and provide support.
- Strategic Representation: Expert guidance and in-person support representing the Get Connected programme participants at strategic meetings, events and forums to advocate the programme aims and direction of the SAVE Plan to maintain integrity, raise the profile and sustain momentum.
- School Voice: School survey facilitation with young people, placing the child’s voice, choice and views at the centre of our approach, evaluating feedback and data to shape and guide the programme design and delivery approach.
