Programme Summary

This programme fosters a cohesive and supportive work environment by bringing staff together on a collective journey of growth and development.
The programme will cultivate resilience amongst team members empowering them to navigate challenges building team strength and adaptability. Through a series of tailored, bespoke sessions, the programme provides a platform for staff and young people to collaboratively explore and address pertinent questions and form their own solutions.

Peer Review Programme

Bringing lived experience with us, Project Connect will act as a ‘critical friend’ to review your organisation against six key areas which have been identified as being crucial for effectively improving the outcomes for young people.
The peer review will be carried out by a team, including those with lived experience, to critically analyse your organisation identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Organisations will be left with a bespoke report including a suite of recommendations.

Creating Clarity Programme

A programme designed to take professionals that work with children through a series of tailor-made workshops and one-to-one sessions on a journey of development to co-create and develop a shared understanding and platform to work from.
Developing a clear plan of action that will guide participants to work effectively with children empowering them with opportunities to flourish, succeed and feel valued. Workshops are value based exploring culture, challenging and developing appropriate mechanisms for positive change.

Organisational Support Programme

Sector experts and specialist facilitators from award winning charities and organisations including Queens Award and Butler Trust recipients.

Provision of one-to-one peer support to work collaboratively with organisational leaders and senior leadership teams. Providing expert review and solution focused support aimed at increasing organisational effectiveness and strategic focus. Review of operational processes and procedures including Strategic/Business Plans, Delivery Models, Pipelines of New Business and Financial Health.

Programme participants will co-design a Change and Improvement Plan, setting clear goals and SMART Plan objectives to improve organisational effectiveness and implement sustainable change.

Connect4:

  • A 12-month program that uses four workshops to cultivate resilience among team members and provide a platform for staff and young people to collaboratively explore solutions. It includes one-on-one sessions and interviews.
